This will be a very quick update from Jonathan. But April is home! She slept soundly in her bed after 7 nights at Vanderbilt. The test results appear to be Graft vs. Host disease, which is not a surprise. More updates soon.

Hugs to April and Family! Heather in Colorado
April,
Hope you are feeling better and getting some treatment lined up. Thinking of you and will pray daily for improvement. Love, Laurie
I am so very sorry for this, yet another hurdle, for you all to navigate. I can only imagine how ready you are to be free of all the pain, inconvenience, uncertainty, and unfairness that lingers on. My heart just aches for all you have been through. But you guys are the bravest & most remarkable people I know, and our Heavenly Father is still on the throne with the Scheele family constantly on His mind, and orchestrating magnificent plans on your behalf behind the veil of our vision or understanding. Please know you are loved and prayed for by so many, including me. ❤️🙏
We are thinking of all of you and praying that 2017 will be a happy and healthy one. Stay “strong and courageous” – our God is a Mighty Warrior fighting on your behalf. Much Love, Len & William
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and will enjoy a Happy New Year. Glad to hear you are home now. Patience is so hard! I will continue to keep you in my prayers for patience and for good health in the new year.
I hope you enjoyed a lovely holiday with the family. I’m sorry the lung and eye issues have been so enduring. As always, I am grateful that your medical team swings into action any time it is needed. Sending prayers and hugs! Deborah
I hope that you all were able to have as comfortable as possible family Christmas at home! Praying for continued recovery and wishing all a happy and healthy 2017.
Sorry to only now be back on the blog and responding. Trust that you’re all in our prayers, and we’re sending you all our love. Update when you can. Merry Christmas, friends.
